Can anyone actually believe we are in 2026!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. School has resumed. Our last day of our fall semester was Friday, 1/30. Students received their report cards on Friday, 2/6, and they were also mailed home. These grades are final grades for the semester and impact whether or not students in the 9-12th grade earn credits with passing grades.
On Thursday, 2/26, we will have our usual last Thursday minimum day. We will dismiss students at 12; students will have eaten their lunch early this day as usual.
Please remind your child to do a bit of studying in preparation for quizzes every Friday. Quizzes are an important part of your child’s grades.
For Dubnoff only: Last week we did our student of the month for November and December. Each classroom sent their 2 students and we ate pizza and soda. It was nice recognizing these students. We will be doing another student of the month lunch for January and February sometime next week. Please praise your child when they come home with awards such as student of the week or student of the month or the honor roll.
We had 25 of our students who made our honor roll; 45% of those students who attend regularly. We are so proud of our students and staff!!!
There has been some confusion about the calendar you may have received in our intake packet and our actual calendar, which is the one posted on this website. Our spring break will start on Monday, 2/23, and will end on Friday, April 3rd. School will resume on Monday, April 6th. Please destroy any old or inaccurate calendar and follow this one.
We have some students who are absent quite frequently. It is so important for students to be here daily in order to receive the academic and social skills that we teach. We understand that students do get sick on occasion; however, please assist us with sending your child to school on a daily basis. We thank you in advance for assisting us with this policy.
¿Alguien puede creer realmente que estamos en 2026!! Espero que todos tubieron unas fiestas maravillosas. El colegio ha reanudado. Nuestro último día del semestre de otoño fue viernes, 1/30/26. Los estudiantes recibieron sus boletines de notas el viernes 02/06, y también fueron enviados a casa. Estas calificaciones son las últimas del semestre y afectan a si los estudiantes de 90 a 12 0 curso obtienen créditos con aprobadas.
El jueves 02/26 tendremos nuestro habitual último jueves mínimo de día. Daremos de baja a los estudiantes a los 12; Los estudiantes habrán comido su almuerzo temprano este día, como de costumbre.
Por favor, recuérdale a tu hijo que estudie un poco para prepararse para los exámenes cada viernes. Los cuestionarios son una parte impoflante de las notas de tu hijo.
La semana pasada hicimos nuestro estudiante del mes de noviembre y diciembre. Cada aula envió a sus dos alumnos y comimos pizza y refrescos. Fue un placer reconocer a estos estudiantes. Vamos a hacer otro almuerzo para estudiantes del mes en enero y febrero en algún momento de la semana que viene. Por favor, elogia a tu hijo cuando vuelva a casa con premios como estudiante de la semana, estudiante del mes o el cuadro de honor.
Tuvimos 25 estudiantes que entraron en nuestra lista de honor; El 45% de los estudiantes asisten regulatmente. Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros estudiantes y personal! !
Ha habido cierta confusión entre el calendario que podrías haber recibido en nuestro paquete de admisión y nuestro calendario real, que es el que se publica en esta web. Nuestras vacaciones de primavera comenzarán el lunes 23 de Marzo y terminarán el viernes 3 de Abril. El curso se reanudará el lunes 6 de Abril. Por favor, destruye cualquier calendario antiguo o inexacto y sigue este.
Tenemos algunos estudiantes que faltan con bastante frecuencia. Es muy importante que los estudiantes estén aquí a diario para adquirir las habilidades académicas y sociales que enseñamos. Entendemos que los estudiantes se enferman ocasionalmente; Sin embargo, por favor ayúdanos a enviar a tu hijo al colegio a diario. Agradecemos de antemano que nos ayude con esta política.
